钻孔常见不良问题,原因分析和改善方法

钻(zuan)孔前基板检验:

A、品名、编号、规(gui)格(ge)、尺寸、铜铂厚 B、不(bu)刮伤 C、不(bu)弯曲、不(bu)变形D、不(bu)氧化或(huo)受(shou)油污(wu)染 E、数量(liang) F、无凹凸、分层剥(bo)落及折皱(2)、钻(zuan)孔中(zhong)操作员自(zi)主(zhu)检验(yan)

1.钻孔品(pin)质检验项目有

A、孔(kong)径(jing) B、批(pi)锋 C、深度是否贯穿 D、是否有爆孔(kong) E、核对偏孔(kong)、孔(kong)变形F、多孔(kong)少孔(kong) G、毛刺 H、是否有堵孔(kong) J、断刀(dao)漏孔(kong) K、整板移位(wei)

2.断钻咀

产生(sheng)原因:(1)主(zhu)轴(zhou)偏(pian)转过(guo)(guo)度(du)(2)数控钻(zuan)机钻(zuan)孔(kong)(kong)时(shi)操作不(bu)当(3)钻(zuan)咀(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)选用(yong)不(bu)合适(4)钻(zuan)头(tou)的转速(su)不(bu)足,进刀速(su)率太(tai)(tai)大(5)叠板(ban)层数太(tai)(tai)多(duo)(6)板(ban)与(yu)(yu)板(ban)间或盖(gai)板(ban)下有(you)杂物(7)钻(zuan)孔(kong)(kong)时(shi)主(zhu)轴(zhou)的深(shen)度(du)太(tai)(tai)深(shen)造成钻(zuan)咀(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)排屑不(bu)良发生(sheng)绞死 (8)钻(zuan)咀(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)的研磨次数过(guo)(guo)多(duo)或超寿(shou)命使用(yong)。(9)盖(gai)板(ban)划伤折皱(zhou)、垫板(ban)弯曲不(bu)平(10)固定基板(ban)时(shi)胶带贴的太(tai)(tai)宽或是盖(gai)板(ban)铝(lv)片、板(ban)材太(tai)(tai)小(11)进刀速(su)度(du)太(tai)(tai)快造成挤压所致(12)特别(bie)是补孔(kong)(kong)时(shi)操作不(bu)(13)盖(gai)板(ban)铝(lv)片下严重(zhong)堵灰(14)焊接(jie)钻(zuan)咀(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)尖的中心度(du)与(yu)(yu)钻(zuan)咀(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)柄中心有(you)偏(pian)差(cha)

解决方法:

(1)应该通知机修对(dui)主(zhu)轴(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)进行检(jian)(jian)修,或者(zhe)更换好的(de)主(zhu)轴(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)。(2)A、检(jian)(jian)查(cha)压(ya)(ya)力脚(jiao)气(qi)管道是否有(you)堵塞B、根据(ju)钻(zuan)(zuan)咀状态调(diao)整压(ya)(ya)力脚(jiao)的(de)压(ya)(ya)力,检(jian)(jian)查(cha)压(ya)(ya)力脚(jiao)压(ya)(ya)紧时的(de)压(ya)(ya)力数据(ju),正常(chang)为7.5公(gong)斤。C、检(jian)(jian)查(cha)主(zhu)轴(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)转(zhuan)速(su)变(bian)异(yi)情况(kuang)及夹嘴内(nei)是否有(you)铜丝影响(xiang)转(zhuan)速(su)的(de)均匀性。D、钻(zuan)(zuan)孔操(cao)作进行时检(jian)(jian)测(ce)(ce)主(zhu)轴(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)转(zhuan)速(su)变(bian)化情况(kuang)及主(zhu)轴(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的(de)稳定(ding)性。(可以(yi)作主(zhu)轴(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)与主(zhu)轴(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)间(jian)(jian)对(dui)比)E、认真调(diao)整压(ya)(ya)力脚(jiao)与钻(zuan)(zuan)头之(zhi)间(jian)(jian)的(de)状态,钻(zuan)(zuan)咀尖(jian)不可露出压(ya)(ya)脚(jiao),只允许钻(zuan)(zuan)尖(jian)在(zai)压(ya)(ya)脚(jiao)内(nei)3.0mm处F、检(jian)(jian)测(ce)(ce)钻(zuan)(zuan)孔台面(mian)的(de)平(ping)行度和

解决方法:


(1)根据(ju)前(qian)(qian)面问题1,进(jin)(jin)(jin)行排查(cha)断刀(dao)原因,作出(chu)正确(que)的(de)处理(2)铝片(pian)和底(di)版都起到保护孔环作用(yong)(yong)(yong),生产(chan)时一定要用(yong)(yong)(yong),可用(yong)(yong)(yong)与不(bu)(bu)可用(yong)(yong)(yong)底(di)版分开(kai)方向(xiang)统一放置,上(shang)板(ban)前(qian)(qian)在(zai)检查(cha)一次。(3)钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)孔前(qian)(qian),必须检查(cha)钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)孔深度(du)是(shi)否(fou)符(fu)合(he),每支钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)咀(ju)的(de)参(can)数(shu)是(shi)否(fou)设(she)置正确(que)。(4)钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)机(ji)(ji)抓(zhua)起钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)咀(ju),检查(cha)清楚钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)咀(ju)所夹的(de)位置是(shi)否(fou)正确(que)再开(kai)机(ji)(ji),开(kai)机(ji)(ji)时钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)咀(ju)一般不(bu)(bu)可以超出(chu)压脚。(5)在(zai)钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)咀(ju)上(shang)机(ji)(ji)前(qian)(qian)进(jin)(jin)(jin)行目测(ce)钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)咀(ju)有效长度(du),并且(qie)可用(yong)(yong)(yong)生产(chan)板(ban)的(de)叠数(shu)进(jin)(jin)(jin)行测(ce)量检查(cha)。(6)手(shou)动钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)孔切割精准度(du)、转速等(deng)不(bu)(bu)能达到要求,禁止用(yong)(yong)(yong)人手(shou)钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)孔。(7)在(zai)钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)特殊板(ban)设(she)置参(can)数(shu)时,根据(ju)品质情况进(jin)(jin)(jin)行适当选(xuan)取(qu)参(can)数(shu),进(jin)(jin)(jin)刀(dao)不(bu)(bu)宜太(tai)快(kuai)。

4.孔位(wei)偏、移,对位(wei)失准(zhun)

产(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)原(yuan)(yuan)因:(1)钻(zuan)(zuan)孔(kong)过程中(zhong)钻(zuan)(zuan)头产(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)偏(pian)移(2)盖板(ban)材(cai)料选择不(bu)当(dang),软(ruan)硬(ying)不(bu)适(3)基材(cai)产(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)涨缩(suo)而造成孔(kong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)偏(pian)(4)所(suo)使用(yong)的配合定位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)工具使用(yong)不(bu)当(dang)(5)钻(zuan)(zuan)孔(kong)时压(ya)脚设置不(bu)当(dang),撞(zhuang)到销(xiao)钉使生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)产(chan)板(ban)在(zai)产(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)移动(6)钻(zuan)(zuan)头运行(xing)过程中(zhong)产(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)共振(7)弹簧(huang)夹头不(bu)干净或(huo)损坏(huai)(8)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)产(chan)板(ban)、面(mian)板(ban)偏(pian)孔(kong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)或(huo)整叠(die)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)偏(pian)移(9)钻(zuan)(zuan)头在(zai)运行(xing)接触(chu)盖板(ban)时产(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)滑动(10)盖板(ban)铝(lv)片表面(mian)划痕(hen)(hen)或(huo)折痕(hen)(hen),在(zai)引导(dao)钻(zuan)(zuan)咀(ju)下钻(zuan)(zuan)时产(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)偏(pian)差(cha)(cha)。(11)没有打销(xiao)钉(12)原(yuan)(yuan)点不(bu)同(13)胶纸未贴牢(14)钻(zuan)(zuan)孔(kong)机的X、Y轴出现移动偏(pian)差(cha)(cha)(15)程序有问(wen)题(ti)

解(jie)决(jue)方法

(1)A、检查(cha)(cha)主轴是(shi)(shi)否偏转B、减少叠(die)板(ban)数量(liang),通常按照双面板(ban)叠(die)层数量(liang)为(wei)(wei)(wei)钻(zuan)头(tou)(tou)(tou)直(zhi)径的(de)(de)(de)(de)6倍(bei)而多层板(ban)叠(die)层数量(liang)为(wei)(wei)(wei)钻(zuan)头(tou)(tou)(tou)直(zhi)径的(de)(de)(de)(de)2~3倍(bei)。C、增(zeng)加钻(zuan)咀(ju)转速或降低(di)进(jin)刀速率;D、检查(cha)(cha)钻(zuan)咀(ju)是(shi)(shi)否符合工(gong)(gong)(gong)艺要(yao)求,否则重新(xin)(xin)刃磨;E、检查(cha)(cha)钻(zuan)咀(ju)顶尖(jian)与钻(zuan)咀(ju)柄是(shi)(shi)否具(ju)备良好(hao)同中(zhong)心度(du)(du);F、检查(cha)(cha)钻(zuan)头(tou)(tou)(tou)与弹簧夹头(tou)(tou)(tou)之间的(de)(de)(de)(de)固定(ding)(ding)状态是(shi)(shi)否紧固;G、检测和校正钻(zuan)孔工(gong)(gong)(gong)作台板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)稳定(ding)(ding)和稳定(ding)(ding)性。(2)选(xuan)择(ze)(ze)高密度(du)(du)0.50mm的(de)(de)(de)(de)石(shi)灰盖板(ban)或者更(geng)换(huan)(huan)(huan)复合盖板(ban)材(cai)料(上(shang)下(xia)两层是(shi)(shi)厚度(du)(du)0.06mm的(de)(de)(de)(de)铝(lv)合金箔,中(zhong)间是(shi)(shi)纤维芯,总厚度(du)(du)为(wei)(wei)(wei)0.35mm)。(3)根据板(ban)材(cai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)特性,钻(zuan)孔前或钻(zuan)孔后进(jin)行烤板(ban)处理(一般是(shi)(shi)145℃±5℃,烘烤4小时为(wei)(wei)(wei)准)(4)检查(cha)(cha)或检测工(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)孔尺寸精度(du)(du)及上(shang)定(ding)(ding)位销(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)位置是(shi)(shi)否有偏移。(5)检查(cha)(cha)重新(xin)(xin)设置压脚高度(du)(du), 正常压脚高度(du)(du)距板(ban)面还有0.80mm为(wei)(wei)(wei)钻(zuan)孔最佳(jia)压脚高度(du)(du)(6)选(xuan)择(ze)(ze)合适的(de)(de)(de)(de)钻(zuan)头(tou)(tou)(tou)转速。(7)清洗或更(geng)换(huan)(huan)(huan)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)弹簧夹头(tou)(tou)(tou)。(8)面板(ban)未装入销(xiao)钉,管制板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)销(xiao)钉太低(di)或松(song)动,需要(yao)重新(xin)(xin)定(ding)(ding)位更(geng)换(huan)(huan)(huan)销(xiao)钉(9)选(xuan)择(ze)(ze)合适的(de)(de)(de)(de)进(jin)刀速率或选(xuan)抗折强度(du)(du)更(geng)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)钻(zuan)头(tou)(tou)(tou)。(10)更(geng)换(huan)(huan)(huan)表面平(ping)整无折痕的(de)(de)(de)(de)盖板(ban)铝(lv)片(11)按要(yao)求进(jin)行钉板(ban)作业(12)记录并核实原点(13)将胶(jiao)纸(zhi)贴与板(ban)边(bian)成90度(du)(du)直(zhi)角,(14)反馈通知机修(xiu)调试维修(xiu)钻(zuan)机(15)查(cha)(cha)看核实,通知工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)进(jin)行修(xiu)改(gai)
